How long does delivery take?

The items displayed on our website are normally either in stock or available from one of our key suppliers. We challenge ourselves to provide a prompt delivery service and most orders are despatched on a 24 or 48 hour courier service - orders must be received by 13:00 on a working day and passed all our security checks for 24-48 hour delivery. All orders will have to be signed for on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday.

Delivery Cost?

Standard Delivery is £8.50 on all orders - this is one charge for the entire order, not per item so the more you order, the more you SAVE! This applies to all UK Mainland addresses. There is free delivery for all orders over £150.00 excluding vat!

Regrettably, due to the additional charges our couriers levy to deliver to the Highlands, Islands, Northern and the Republic of Ireland, we have to charge a fixed fee of £15.00. Again, this is one charge per order, NOT per item.

Multiple Items

When ordering multiple items, we may fulfil your order in separate consignments but will not charge any extra for doing so. In the event of an item being unavailable or we have failed to deliver within 28 days, we will make contact with you explaining the details and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. Any payment you have made to us will be refunded.

Order Confirmation

When you have placed an order with www.exceltrailers.co.uk , you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your purchase. Your order represents an offer to purchase an item which is only accepted when we e-mail confirmation of dispatch
