How long does delivery take?
The items displayed on our website are normally either in stock or available from one of our key suppliers. We challenge ourselves to provide a prompt delivery service and most orders are dispatched on a 24 or 48 hour courier service - orders must be received by 12:00 on a working day and passed all our security checks for 24-48 hour delivery. Please note than some orders can take up to 5 days. If you need the item by a specific date, please contact us to discuss available delivery options. All orders will have to be signed for on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday.
Standard Delivery is £5.00 on orders up to £20.00 and £9.75 on all other orders up to £200.00 - this is one charge for the entire order, not per item so the more you order, the more you SAVE! This applies to all UK Mainland addresses. There is free delivery for all orders over £200.00 excluding vat! The delivery charge for large or bulky items maybe higher and will be stated on the relevant page.
Regrettably, due to the additional charges our couriers levy to deliver to the Highlands, Islands, Northern and the Republic of Ireland, we have to charge a fixed fee of £15.00 for standard delivery. Again, this is one charge per order, NOT per item.
When ordering multiple items, we may fulfil your order in separate consignments but will not charge any extra for doing so. In the event of an item being unavailable or we have failed to deliver within 28 days, we will make contact with you explaining the details and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. Any payment you have made to us will be refunded.
When you have placed an order with www.exceltrailers.co.uk , you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your purchase. Your order represents an offer to purchase an item which is only accepted when we e-mail confirmation of dispatch
We will process refunds for items purchased online subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us. Items must be returned in an unused condition, with all of the original packaging/box intact.
We will not process refunds for any items purchased as part of a “Sale” or “Reduced” or “Seconds/used” section of our website.
If you request an exchange, you must pay us any costs associated with us delivering the exchange item to you and, if the exchange item is of a higher value than the return item, you must also pay us the difference in price. Your exchange item will be shipped once you have paid for these costs and we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (normally by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
Faulty Items Returns
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
